“I use a minimalist line painting style with a simplified color palette to depict classical compositions from art history. The juxtaposition of classical art pieces with the crayon-like aesthetic of my line paintings evokes emotions that connect childhood memories with an appreciation of art history masterpieces. My artworks blend the boundaries between painting and drawing. By reinterpreting minimalism, I strive to create something entirely unique to myself while drawing inspiration from modern interpretations of art history.”
